Withdraw from contract

Subscribed to a plan on our website less than 14 days ago? You can withdraw here, without giving a reason. Tell us who you are and which contract it is, then confirm.

We send the acknowledgement of receipt there.
An approximate date is fine.

The service starts at your request as soon as you subscribe: you only pay for the part already provided, and we refund the rest within 14 days of your request. A subscription stops, nothing more will be charged. An emergency response that has been fully carried out can no longer be cancelled. All details are in section 6 of the terms.
