No legal advice or litigation. Cease-and-desist letters, trademark infringement or passing-off claims, trademark oppositions, UDRP complaints and damages are a job for an intellectual property lawyer or trademark attorney. We hand them our evidence file and can point you to one.
No trademark filing. If your mark is not registered, a trademark attorney can help. We act now with the rights you already have (impersonation, copyright in your logo, your trading name).
No investigation to unmask the operator. Platforms only disclose that to courts and law enforcement; a police report or court order, supported by our file, is the way to get it.
No guaranteed outcome. Each platform or host makes the final call. We build the strongest request we can and keep chasing.
No competitive intelligence, media monitoring or review management. Brand monitoring looks for copies and impersonation of your brand, not everything said about you.

How many brands does one subscription cover?

One subscription protects one brand. If your company has several brands, each brand needs its own subscription.

What is brand monitoring?

Regularly searching for places where your brand is copied or impersonated online: fake accounts, scam ads, clone sites, copied logos, counterfeit products. With us it does not stop at the alert: every copy we find is reported and followed up until it is removed.

How often do you monitor?

Which platforms do you monitor?

How is this different from a reputation monitoring tool?

A reputation monitoring tool tells you what people say about your brand and leaves the action to you. We look for copies and impersonation, then get them taken down. We do not manage customer reviews or press coverage.

Do we need a registered trademark?

No. Platforms ban accounts that pose as a business whether or not the mark is registered, and an original logo is protected by copyright. A registered mark also unlocks the platforms' trademark forms and brand protection tools, and makes requests stronger.

Who sends the takedown requests?

We do, on your behalf, under an authorization you sign. Trademark forms are reserved for the owner or an authorized representative: the authorization lets us act as one. We use a dedicated address and keep you informed of every request.

Do you replace a lawyer?

No. We handle reporting and follow-up with platforms, hosts and search engines. As soon as a cease-and-desist, a legal procedure or a lawsuit is needed, that is your lawyer's job, and we pass them our file.

How fast are fake accounts removed?

We file the first reports within 24 hours (same day with the Priority option). Major platforms often respond within hours or days; small hosts need more chasing. Each platform makes the final decision.
