Reporting mandate
This mandate is given by ticking the box on the Welcome form, right after payment. Its date appears in every report, and this page can be shown to a platform that asks for proof that we act for you.
The text of the mandate
By ticking the box on the Welcome form, the subscriber (the principal) authorizes Léo Allouche EI, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as SOS Deepfake (SIRET : 840 047 997 00019), for the length of their subscription:
- to search online, in publicly accessible spaces, for content and accounts that use their name, image or voice without their consent;
- to report them in their name to platforms, hosts, search engines and domain registrars, and to sign the corresponding requests electronically in their name (notices under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, requests under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, copyright notices, requests to erase personal data);
- to follow up with these recipients and use their internal appeal procedures.
This mandate does not include any representation in court, any formal notice, any legal advice or any contact with the authors of the content.
The principal confirms that they are the person concerned, or are authorized to act for them, and that they are the author of any content they ask us to report on copyright grounds.
The mandate ends with the subscription, or earlier by simple email to contact@sosdeepfake.com.
Identity documents
SOS Deepfake never asks for or keeps any identity document. When a platform requires the ID of the person concerned, that person uploads it directly to the platform, with the text and links prepared by SOS Deepfake.
This mandate supplements article 3 of the terms of sale.
